Well, after much searching, I finally found the perfect plans for a set of stackable sawhorses on About.com.
Went out to Home Depot http://www.homedepot.ca/ & bought 9 2x4's....
These things are strong, boy! That I-beam really is wonderful! I learned all about stress loads from a book called The Carpenter's Manifesto. Great book!
